Cherry Mobile will be holding a major sale on almost all of its entry-level to lower-midrange smartphones at the CM Concept Store in SM North EDSA from July 19 to 21, 2013 -- that's until tomorrow.
I have here the complete list of all handsets included in the sale along with their key technical specifications and the promo price (Although, I have a feeling that these will also be the updated SRPs of these devices, which CM will start implement later this month or early next month -- so you might want to bookmark this TP Post.)
The most affordable handset in the line-up is Cherry Mobile Spark TV, which you can get for justPhp 2,199. What's cool about this 3.5-inch device running Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS with a 1 GHz single core processor is that it has Analog TV functionality.
Php 2,499 Cherry Mobile Rave is largely the same as Spark TV but it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, supports 3G speeds, and doesn't have TV feature.
Cherry Mobile Burst, which is Php 1,000 more expensive than Rave at Php 3,499, has a larger and more crisp IPS display and runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
Cherry Mobile Blaze is the most heavily discounted handset in the bunch. This one used to sell for Php 6,499 but now goes for only Php 3,999 -- that's a whopping Php 2,000 off! If you ask me, this is the most sulit device in the list as it already runs Android Jelly Bean 4.1 OS with a 1 GHz Dual Core processor, has a large 4.7-inch display, and flaunts an 8 MegaPixel main camera paired with another 2 MegaPixel cam in front.
What's particularly nice about Cherry Mobile Cruize - that you can get for only Php 3,999 - is that it has a massive 5.2-inch WVGA screen. Compared to Blaze, it has rather lackluster internal specifications but if you're looking for a phablet, this is the right one for you.
Monster best-seller Cherry Mobile Flare is likewise included in the sale. Perhaps knowing that a lot of people are still clamoring for this handset (oddly enough, I think), Cherry Mobile has decided to keep its old SRP of Php 3,999 and just offer a free Flip Cover.
Cherry Mobile Titan TV is currently the biggest handset - physically - in CM's product catalog. Featuring a 6-inch display, this handset provides an enjoyable Analog TV viewing experience. It runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with its 1 GHz Dual Core processor and comes replete with 4 GB of internal storage, 8 MegaPixel main camera with LED flash, and 2 MegaPixel front-cam for selfies. You can grab this at the sale for Php 5,999.
This one, I personally own. Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0 is the company's first ever Quad Core smartphone, making it a landmark device for CM. In my opinion, the best thing about it is that offers a very smooth and lag-free performance, has a decent main camera, and flaunts a brilliant 4.5-inch qHD display. Priced at Php 5,999 at the sale, Cherry Mobile Flame 2.0 is currently the most affordable quad core smartphone by the local electronics giant.
